About Director/ Founder

Mrs. Shweta Abhijit Dighe is the Founder of Curibee Preschool and Daycare, located in Roadpali, Kalamboli. With a strong academic background in science and early childhood education, she is dedicated to nurturing young minds and creating a joyful learning environment for children. She holds a B.Sc. (Science) and M.Sc. in Biotechnology, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research & Management. Driven by her passion for early childhood education, she further pursued a Diploma in ECCEd (Early Childhood Care and Education) and is a registered ECCEd professional (Registration No: 03BOM318DM06).

Mrs. Dighe brings more than five years of corporate experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical research industry. She has worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator and later as a Drug Safety Associate (Pharmacovigilance) at Tata Consultancy Services. She also served as a Drug Safety Associate and Quality Reviewer (Pharmacovigilance) at Cognizant, where she gained valuable experience in research, quality processes, and professional management.

Following her passion for teaching and child development, she worked as a Preschool Teacher, gaining hands-on experience in early childhood learning. Inspired by her vision to provide quality early education in a nurturing environment, she founded Curi Bee Preschool and Daycare. Through Curibee, Mrs. Dighe aims to create a safe, joyful, and stimulating space where children can learn, explore, and grow with confidence. Her mission is to build a strong foundation for every child by combining structured learning with creativity, care, and fun.
